HRC65 Four-Flute Corner Radius End Mill – High-Performance Tool for Machining Hardened Steel (HRC48–62)

This four-flute corner radius end mill is purpose-built for machining hardened steels in the HRC48–62 range. Its micro-radius design enhances resistance to edge chipping and prolongs tool life during demanding operations.

The corner radius helps reduce stress concentration at the transition between the cutting edge and the workpiece, effectively improving tool strength and fatigue resistance. It is especially suitable for tool steels such as SKD61, S136, and H13.

Ultra-Fine-Grain Tungsten Carbide Substrate for Superior Tool Strength

Manufactured from ultra-fine-grain tungsten carbide substrates (such as K44 or K40 grades), this end mill achieves a substrate hardness of up to HRC65. HG Nano Coating for Enhanced Wear Resistance and Thermal Stability

The tool is coated with a high-performance HG nano-coating, providing:
