This series of corner radius end mills is made from solid carbide and precisely ground using CNC equipment. Each tool features four central helical flutes, enhancing overall tool strength and cutting stability.

Available in micro-size, standard, and custom non-standard specifications, these end mills are ideal for machining soft steel materials such as carbon steel, alloy steel, pre-hardened steel, and copper.

The shank diameter tolerance is maintained within 0 to +0.003 mm, ensuring compatibility with high-precision tool holders for secure clamping and machining accuracy. The cutting diameter tolerance is controlled within 0 to +0.01 mm, achieving surface roughness as low as Ra0.2–0.4 to meet high surface finish requirements.
